"BTD provided site work and concrete for a garage/shop I am building. Overall, it was an excellent experience from estimate to completion. Here are the three main reasons I chose to work with BTD over the countless other options:
1. Communication: They answer their phone when I call and kept me in the loop at every major phase of the project. If you've worked with contractors you know that this is not the norm and was quite the pleasant surprise.
2. Customer Service: I felt like they cared about my best interest at all times. There were a couple small hiccups (not due to BTD) and they were able to provide cost-effective solutions and handle everything without me needing to be involved. Again this is not the norm in the construction industry.
3. Quality Workmanship: They completed the project in a timely manner and did a quality job. I am extremely pleased with their work and the fact that they were able to complete it the way they said they would when they said they would. This may be repetitive, but I have found that this isn't typically the norm either.
I would recommend BTD to anyone looking for excavation/concrete work, unless you want to be kept out of the loop the whole time and waiting in limbo for your project to be completed because they won't do that. The crew was clean and respectful--an indication of strong leadership. Lastly, the cost of the project was very reasonable with no random "add-ons" to the original estimate. Can't say enough good things about BTD!"
